As part of official state visit of the King and Queen of Belgium to Chile, an academic delegation visited the Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (FCFM) of the University of Chile. On the occasion, several initiatives were presented, such as the space programme of the University of Chile, of which Copernicus LAC Chile is part.

During the event, our director Florencio Utreras made a presentation on the project, and then invited those present to a tour of the Copernicus LAC Chile Data Centre, which is in white run and will start operations in the coming weeks.
